Axxess Launches LTE-A

Well i ordered the 14th October , still waiting.. this is past being bad service
 
I got an SMS and missed a call from digital planet late yesterday afternoon to get a delivery address for the Axxess order (which I find strange as they should have it). Anyhow, hopefully there will be movement soon as the wait has been a bit silly.
 
Mine was placed on the 15th October.

I have cancelled this morning. Ridiculous.

What's even more ingratiating is the total lack of communication and copy-paste responses,they are lucky the MyBB awards happened before this nonsense
 
I gave up on mine and cancelled, the great part is the day I cancelled they started putting up poles for fibre in my area. In about a week I will be connected yay.

I won't be getting my fibre through Axxess due to how useless they have been with the Rain products and I sent them a strongly worded email not that anyone will care but made me feel better :)
 
Got mine yesterday, I get 4mb down and 0.5 up in an area quite far out of the supposed signal area, but in the area it'll be used most, it's 35mb down, 8 up. Long wait but I'm happy I didn't cancel. My ADSL line was no longer viable due to my movements, I have a bit more flexibility this way.
 
I recieved a message a week back and a miss call from digital planet. I emailed axxess and told them to notify digital planet and to verify my cancellation. Axxess replied back that it has been canceled and digital planet was notified. Yesterday I recieved and sms that the courier has the package and a while later the courier phoned for me to collect it. I told the courier that the order was canceclled and to send it back. Btw, got my refund at least too.
 
Ok, it took nearly 2 months (ordered 13/10 received 05/12) but got it eventually and 24h later am very happy!
 
Haha, recieved this sms this morning:

"Good day. Unfortunately, we could not reach you and therefore were unable to deliver your LTE-Advance order. Please contact AXXESS on 041 396 8000 to stop your order from being cancelled.Order No.."

I don't think people at axxess know what they are doing.
 
Just got a call from RAM Couriers with an "Internet Solutions / Digital Planet" delivery, which I told them I wasn't expecting. I know I was expecting something from Axxess, so I googled the two together and ended up here :crylaugh:

Don't you love it when they reach you to tell you they can't reach you? I get emails from Telkom like that. But, you did just reach me... Almost immediately... I'm reading your email. I'm responding. What do you mean you can't reach me? Ooooooh, apparently "to reach" to you is a synonym for "to talk to you on the phone."
 
aaah this is bs, 10 days passed called them up so they tell me unfortunatelly delivery will only take place on the 21st of december, why do i get the feeling i'm being duped on that date as well, please can anyone tell me what alternative would be best, i'd like to opt out of this circus.

It can take a while to get going. Because it is Friday, there might be a delay. The internet closes down at 5.00pm on Friday and restarts at 8.30 on Monday

I had something similar with Afrihost. Delay after delay

SO I contacted BuzyBuy and had it delivered and running in 3 days

I decided to stick it out with axxess but if i don't get my router by the 21st i'm sure going to make a big noise about it here on mybroadband ! If there is one thing i hate, it's knowingly being lied to ! ! !
