Noticed that from last night that I am getting full speed on almost everything. Youtube doesn't buffer so much, jdownloader is running at 40kb/s. Can't comment on torrents or newsgroups since I don't use them. But in general a major improvement since last week were I had downloads timed out.

mines still going slow to my game servers in europe and gives high latency so doesnt seem its fixed

It's been grindingly slow this weekend.

After canceling my Afrihost account yesterday, I'm tempted to can this one too. The only problem is - who next?

My Webafrica account runs really quickly, but at their prices it's only used as a Seacom backup. I'd switch over to them like a shot, but they're a lot like DSTV in this regard - they have a decent product at a huge price, and they know you'll come begging for it when you give up on the rest.

I have also noted an improvement. Torrents are running at 380k (up from around 120-150) and WoW (EU) giving me 500 ms (down from 900+).
