mo i dont work for them, its just annoying to watch someone moan about company when they have not bothered to take the time out to phone them and see whats going on

if you come on this website and display this kind of behavior towards a company you have not phoned, i will do my best to make you look like a complete noob

so gmail confirms they went through, ever thought gmail might have a problem

NO BECAUSE YOU DID NOT TAKE THE TIME OUT TO PHONE THEM


axxess are a good company and deserve to be treated this way from someone who has not phoned to confirm they have received their emails

IT SHOWS A FREAKING REPLY FROM THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPT, AFTER WHICH THEY DONT EVEN FURNISH DETAILS AND STOP REPLYING TO FUTURE EMAIL.

Learn to bloody read, not just look at your screen.

So far in your education today which seems to have been lacking we have learnt:

1. That you cannot read.
2. That your claims that my emails never reached them are complete bullcrap as I've posted screenies including replies.
3. That axxess would do this, they have I've posted it you have the screenshots.

Please dont embarrass yourself more.

yea i got it wrong, i thought u said your email had read's, i did not see that GMAIL told you it went through and yes one email went through, do you know for sure the other 2 or 50 you sent did

Please stop embarrasing yourself. I do not wish to pick up a phone, maybe I dont have one, this is just a moot point.

It is not my job as the consumer to chase down decent service. This is what my hard earned rands are for. Service is service and since axxess are in the service industry they should learn to deliver that service. As I said before you cannot read. The first 2-3 emails bounced back due to smtp settings in thunderbird, all the rest however were not sent in thunderbird but rather from gmail website itself and have all indeed gone through.

Kindly take your foot out of your mouth and stop trying to create a flamewar, bad service is bad service.

Am I missing something here in all the whining? Unless you have the same banker, an EFT is going to take a couple of days to clear ie: find its way through the clearing system.

Since Isps like axxess have an account with each of the major banks yes my EFT was done via the same bank, standbard bank. So cash was recieved immediatly. This is typical bad service and you jump on the consumers, some moderator either remove their posts or lock this, they just want to jump on the wagon for some reason or another, viva telkom, viva fascism,viva morons.
