Paid R59 for 1 gig acc via eft, that was yesterday, emailed about twice so far even after the issues i had with gmails smtp refusing to send to them...

Yet still no acc, they "cant locate my username on system" but i've never ever bought an acc from them, when i replied notifying them of this I get no further communication. For something that is supposed to be pretty much immediate 2 days seems a stretch, guess vouchers are the better option atleast they work...

Any other isp willing to sell me a 1 gig acc and actually furnish me with details

Any other isp willing to sell me a 1 gig acc and actually furnish me with details after taking my money.

Axxess you suck, 3 days it will be in an hr and still not acc details despite myself and my bank notifying you of eft transfer.

Useless. Openweb sell unshaped saix? I think this is what i get for straying.

Will never touch axxess with a pole again, eager to take money but then not actually do anything.

Damn that does suck. I used my credit card and have had no issues with them. Glad I didn't use EFT!

I had no problems with EFT when I fist signed up with Axxess.
Well, if all else fails you can always try calling them.:p

Shouldnt be my problem to have to call, they are an isp i would expect them to know how to reply to an email after all it is supposed to be one of the areas they support.

Axxess this is rediculous.

J

... Why must I hunt for good service, why must I chase them, they have my money now they can give me the product. It should not be my job to chase them and in the future I wont ever make this mistake, axxess your customer service sucks.

Well I'm happy with them, so noobs who have never used Axxess who may get scared away after this thread; they're not all bad ;)

Some 3-4 days after paying via EFT and still no account.

Will "eagerly" await reply.

Go service.

First time I have attempted to purchase bandwidth from yourselves I don't have a username as yet.

I changed over to Axxess a few months ago. I got to choose my own user name as part of the application process, but I used the credit card option, not EFT.

I've had no problems with them and like their SMS service. Handy for the times that vodacom's free SMS website go hay wire. :D

You can always buy a gig from WebAfrica, instant activation with a credit card. ;)

Its been about 4-5 days they still dont care enough to reply, get my vote for useless company.

Do webafrica multi realm (the verizon/saix) acc's come in unshaped or....? What do they cost?

Typical South African

Bad service is allowed and I am not allowed to kick up a fuss? Is that it? Is that why Telkom is still here because people like you wont kick up a fuss? Hmmmm? Go be a corporate lackey somewhere else, if service is not up to par I will certainly make a fuss.

Those 2 error emails were a thunderbird issue or some sort, no other errors besides sending to axxess, sent all additional emails from gmail website and these have gone through ive recieved confirmation of that from gmail. Also if you had bother to read you could see they had gone through as I even recieved replies then nothing...

Pick up the phone , no I refuse they are a bloody isp email is supposed to be an area they support.

If you want ****ty service good for you, I on the other hand will not accept crap service even though I think it seems to have become a South African mentality to do so.

The unshaped accounts are multi realm by default. Around R139/GB I think but its all on the site. Shaped accounts are SAIX.

rule 100 = Dont use axxess for 1 gig bandwidth , use webafrica , its makes life so much easier :P

Would a copy of my email do you? Are you affiliated/slept with/have family who work with axxess? You are getting awfully touchy because they refuse to deliver a service they offer.

Havent had a reply since they asked me for my username and I explained that I had never yet purchased bandwidth from them before.

Killadoob refrain from calling people liars to protect companies who arent doing their job, it irks me and shows service levels mean nothing to you.

Go play with daddies cheque book or something.
