axxess press release

I guess he's fishing for an answer too... I'm sick and tired of checking this forum 5 times a day in hope of a positive answer to the november troubles.

Well its morning and guess what? Nothing have changed on axxess's website.
Now why did that not surprise me? :(
 
i have no connection but i speak to them all the time

im concerned about 1 nov because i love my 30 gigs

so when i hear something exciting i tell ppl even if it doesnt happen like it hasnt

so far they seem to be the only ones doing anything atleast thats what i think

maybe im to hopeful
but i cant loose my 30 gig account i love it to much

lol but dont worry they will get another call me
 
Thanks for your effort killadoob. Personally I have sent them 5 emails asking axxess what’s going to happen and I have not received any reply. I feel that as a customer of axxess it’s not my responsibility to phone them and ask what is happening but it’s their responsibility to let customers know what’s happening. (If they want to keep them) Some offers that have been advertised on the myadsl forums by some members looks really good.

but for my own piece of mind i wanna know if i should be signing with them once allyoucaneat cancel my contract

because come first of nov i got no isp, that is why im so concerned

and if axxess can offer me 30 gigs for 400-500 i'll sign im paying 480 as it is
 
Axxess is a small company with 3 internet cafes who first found the loophole in the 30gig accounts. Thats all.
 
actually allyoucaneat found the loop hole
they where first to offer 30 gigs for 480 which was an awesome price then

axxess is a pretty big company now though
 
With IS if I get two 2 gig accounts I have 4 gigs international and 56gig local. Seeing as it does allow 2 concurrent connections I can have it running at home and at the office. I do most of my downloading from .co.za and mostly my international is just for the odd site I want to visit and yahoo messenger for my wife. I can get all of the above for one rand more than what my current 30gig from axxess costs.
 
I am with axxess, and I think they dont have anything. They are just delaying the announcement of a price increase.

Certainly starting to look that way. And I suspect that if they don't have anything they will lose a substantial part of their userbase.
 
Axxess just better tell people in time so that they can still cancel their accounts if they want to. There is a 1 month cancelation clause I see, so what happens if the price doubles, triples, etc, do you still have to pay!

I cant comment on axxess, but web africa is holding back their 1month notice issue due to this. When i asked, they said they wud mail everyone on 30gb accounts (not sure if they meant everyone with adsl account) and give them the option. I was expecting something atleast 12 days ago tho...
 
Yeah this sucks. IMO the isp's dont want to lose customers by releasing the info before hand.
