axxess press release

Yeah, I feel for WA, they have done everything in there power to be the good guys. They let us know when they will release pricing and then they release pricing when they said they would. They have been around to answer everyones questions, and have done so rather promptly. They are also one of the few companies trying to fight this legally. Unfortunately most ppl cant see past the bad news, or just dont care to. I do hope these isps manage to stay around, it would be great if telkom had this many ppl to compete with as an operator.

tomorrow morning, all cutomers will get emails, and will be posted on the site, sounds like they have something up their sleeves, guy said I'll have to wait and see, they have a plan...

Axxess!

Spoke with Axxess this afternoon. I have been promised new pricing structures by tomorrow and he said the website would be updated overnight. Mind you after ploughing through this thread, I won't hold my breath.

I do agree that to be the bearer of bad tidings is not a happy job. If they have no news and are negotiating with somebody to give us, their clients, a better price then give them credit for looking out for us.

I have no complaints about Axxess, their staff have always been very helpful and Paul and Clinton have gone more than the extra mile to help me. Thanks guys!

As far as I'm concerned, if Hellkom make it impossible for Axxess to offer me a 30GB account at a price I can afford it is not Axxess, but Hellkom, that should receive a hefty kick up the arse!

Hellkom is keeping South Africa in the dark ages with respect to internet connectivity. In my book Hellkom = Satanspawn.

2nd one and what do u know no change on their website and no email
 
Just looked and you got it no change....i'll give them to lets see 8:30 if there still is nothing then i guess well all have to wait for another tommorrow
 
Just phoned them now... they reckon 3 hours. Prices are going to be very much different to what has been speckulated in this forum.

So I don't think its worth getting our hopes up, it seems Axxess have lost the battle on negotiating a better pricing structure.

Ouch! thats uncalled for.

If it wasn't killadoob, someone else (possibly me) would have started this thread. He was acting on what axxess told him, and then they went and change the game.

If anyone should be getting the blame, its axxess as they have lead us on a wild goose chase, knowing that we'll stay loyal cause ADSL internet is just not generally affordable in high quantities.
