Axxess Rep needed

20 minutes now. I wonder how long they keep you on hold if you're a Business account holder.

Open a support ticket then? I've always had a good experience using that method, although they are sometimes a little slow to reply.
 
Maybe I was spoilt by Afriman while I was an Afrihost customer (don't envy his position now :D), but a axxess rep would be now nice since I am axxess customer now.

Any other axxess users thinking the same?

Hey, you guys know that call I made yesterday? Was promised a call back yesterday. If you're wondering whether Axxess called back - no they didn't.

Also, twitter person tells me I've been managed, call centre says this is definitely not the case. NNTP still moves at around 6kbs either way.

There's no managing on Business.
 
Being on a "Business" account doesn't net you any special treatment or priority support. Being an Axxess client gets you support. If the support is *****, or you're unhappy with the product, move along. Vote with your wallet.

Because it's not applicable to me, is it? I believe him, and I'm happy for both of you guys if that's what you're getting for what you're paying. But let's be honest, if you got the same service I did from both the account and the company, you'd be upset too.

You're not getting it. You bought a cheap account account and got cheap performance.

Instead of just upgrading to business and being happy, you'd rather waste your time with all this crap.

No, you aren't getting it. 'Cheap' doesn't come close to what I've experienced, and why on earth would I give these c**ts more money after this? Finally, calling me stubborn because I'm upset that Axxess has zero customer service is just blindingly stupid. If you think not getting back to customers and/or ignoring emails is fine, that's your own problem. So I'll bid you a good night.
