Hello all. Long time reader, first time poster. I've been struggling to set up the router to connect to Axxess fibre. All the cables are connected correctly and lights are correct. From my limited understanding, the status is connected, though no internet connection. I called support, we connected to the fibre box but still nothing. We did some command prompts but still nothing. I'm terribly frustrated as each time I call I get a different person who seems to have no clue what I'm talking about, even though I have a ticket number. Anyone know how to fix this.

I am having the exact same issue as you. And no one at Axxess has been of any help. I wish I never had the misfortune of using Axxess.

Strangely enough is that my Axxess ADSL username and password works fine on my fiber(which is a saving grace because otherwise I would have been sitting without internet for a week and a half so far), but the new "fiber" account details don't work.

Axxess hasn't been able to help me at all. I should have rather just gone with OpenServe or Afrihost as my ISP.

It's very shocking to say the least. The agents at the call centre are clueless and rude. It's s pity I had already paid for a month in advance. Hopefully I'm refunded.

I hope they do refund you. So far no one seems to have a clue what's going on with my fiber. As I said, the only reason I have internet is because my ADSL details work on the fiber. Otherwise I would have no internet at all

Thought the company rep here would be able to help. I guess the Captain is on leave.
