There is no ticket reference number, I requested the regrade via my dashboard, why would Telkom say that 20Mbps VDSL is available, when it is not?

Do you guys throttle watching live streams now?
I used to be able to watch a twitch streams at 1080p about 2 months ago for the last year perfectly no problem.
Now I cant even watch a 720p stream I have to set it to 480p.... but I can watch youtube videos at 1080p without buffering.
It feels like you guys are specifically throttling watching live streams. I'm on 10 mb uncapped premium so im not sure why throttling and why throttling with watching twitch it doesnt make sense why that would be throttled.

Good @Megamuffin, our uncapped services are Unshaped and Unthrottled without any Thresholds. Please PM me your account details so I may look into this.
If there is no throttling what is there to look at on the account?

there's definitely throttling I used a vpn last night and worked like a charm no buffering
Don't tell them that... next thing you know the VPN will be throttled too.
To investigate what could be the problem.
Would love to hear more about how the investigation process works

Hi, just some info, when I did a fibre coverage check on the axxess website, it says coverage is available, but, I need to do a Pre-order, what does that mean, do you have coverage? planning to provide coverage? or in the process?

it could mean all of thee above. except that fiber is ready otherwise you could order it. The Axxess fiber coverage map will indicate with which FNO you can pre-order with, whether it is Openserve, Vuma, Frogfoot and so on. Go to their website and check the phase they are in, in your area.
