Axxess the useless

Last time I logged a call with axxess I waited over 48 hours to get someone to respond to me. Now I have to logged another one because I have no internet connection at home.

Firstly you cannot log a call using their app. Which means you have to always do it on their website.
Secondly, every call you log, no matter how I the user feel is logged as a normal call... Like what the flip. Who decides? Should it not me? Everything I log is normal. I would think no connection is critical to me... I do not have dust I watch online. I use pretty much everything online. So how these bonsos think this is normal is just ticking me the F off.

Then to top this all off.I logged the call a couple of minutes ago. It is freak 3am. Their dumbo system says i logged the call at 4am. I wasn't aware I have futuristic tendencies... at this rate I should have seen eskoms power failures coming the day I was born.

Have to rank and rave somewhere...

Once again it does not work. It has barely been 3 days. Hours to get back to people now your call center has apparently no available consultants for what feels like an hour...

If anyone is looking for an ISP. Stay away fr axxess. Take it from me, they are a big pain in the gentle mans area.
 
Why isn't Axxess offering a test account on the network that works? (POC)
