I've signed up for axxess uncapped this month and for the first 15 days it worked perfectly, ever since this afternoon I've been having disconnects every hour, and cannot reconnect for +/- 15 minutes. I've tried phoning axxess customer care but I could not bare holding on for more than 30mins. Any ideas why this is happenning? The disconnects, not the poor service?
