Not sure if there are any of you out there still, but I am still on the old Uncapped Express Axxess account. It was 384k speed during the day and unlimited from 7pm-7am and weekends. Any of you on this still?
One of my ADSL accounts has been on this for many years since 2009. I used it for one thing, downloading. I was happy with the almost zero access during the day, but full speed non stop during the evenings/weekends, since 2009. No complaints, never has given me an issue no matter what I have thrown at it... so have been happy.
Now, for a while (can't say exactly when) it seems this legacy account has been possibly converted to a normal uncapped of some form. I can download during the day as well, but now if I use a lot of bandwidth, I seem to be subject to the same slower speeds during the evening as well.
I was happy where I was, didn't ask to be moved, though I guess times change. Anyone else on a similar "old" Axxess express account getting the same problem, or you guys don't exist anymore?
