Is it just me, but why does Steam not work with Axxess uncapped (2mb)?

Stays on Connecting Steam Account xxxxx.....

i do believe they are shaping us... dropping anything but regular web traffic.
So they set up the shaping policy when seacom went down - not realising it's back up so soon, it will probably stay down for us until someone wakes up and lifts the banhammer on all us gamers.

Yes im actually getting quite annoyed with Axxess and considering moving to mweb...
I cant believe they don't make gaming bandwidth prioritized.

At night in game i will get from 600 - 800 ping to eu servers in dota 2.
