Axxess unshapped uncapped ... worthless

Well it was when Mweb uncapped first started, downloading 24/7. One thing to remember is that the rest of the user base had not climbed on board and DPI was not up to scratch.

Terra my ass.

You are not being shaped by axxess/is on that usage, it is something isolated to your machine or the time you tested it perhaps there was peering issues. Im still having perfect speeds with my axxess account. We are referring to the Express+ right?

ive just logged into my IS usage and im Rate Limited, i have an axxess 384 Rate Limited express account, heavily shaped, really slow browsing R899 for 200GB

IS say that i have reached my monthly limit?

You are rate limited during the day, did you not bother to read the T&C's. Look tonight and see if it says "Rated Limited", it wont. It will say full access.

even though im not with Axxess i thought id put my 2c in as its all internet solutions ;)

Tera whaaa? Not sure what u mean by that? Have you used SSL / SSH on a 4096 uncapped offering combined with 60 incomming connections via news servers? Its quite possible to achieve 1 TB in a month's time however the user base has increased and so has the ISP intel i rekcon.

If you can do about 30 GB roughly a day for 30 days its possible. How much do you download in a 24 hour period on a 4 meg line? 32-34 GB.

Yes you are talking theoretically, and ive used what you mention, not 60 connections. I used mweb from the initial launch and there was still some throttling going on. So what i meant was. You are talking about your ass.. regarding the 1TB download.

Nope, afraid not. Couldn't keep up with hard drive space.

Why do you find it far fetched?

Nope, asked them and they said ive reached monthly limit

Mine still says full access, not sure how much the IS page is updated but I'm being ripped apart right about now.

How much did you download again on the 200GB account from AXXESS?
U did say 200 GB right? Or uncapped?

Top 20% vaseline special apparently out trumps uncapped, cancelled account

Do us a favour just to humour us, when you get home or if you are home at around 20:00 tonight or 21:00 log into the users site again and post what you see there. Im curious.

it will be Rate Limited, if its anything different both IS and Axxess technical are either compulsive liars or have no idea what they are talking about or doing

Like i said please just post it or a screen shot, because i tend to lean on the latter regarding the capability of their technical staff. :)

do you think that they could make such a simple mistake of thinking that throughout the 10min conversation the Rate Limited they were looking at was merely the daytime throttling that they are normally aware of as part of their product and as i happened to phone up they had a collective brain fart? Now that i think about it it could be very possible, tbh im happy to pay abit more for true uncapped

I was going to join them and just before I clicked the agree button I realized their "new rolling cap/throttle system" and after watching their "demo" I realized its all another con artist ISP thieving scheme and scam. Spoke to them about it and their response clearly indicated to me there is a few rotten animals hiding in the closet. Thus I then decided to give them a serious miss.

So the only solution remains a laggy Mweb with a big headed CEO with terrible attitude.

Those latencies lead me to believe that if you are having slow downloads, it is in most likely hood the upload servers or the location you are attempting to download from.
