Today I received a notification that I'm being shifted to the IS platform. Apparently this is a good thing...
The notiice instructed me to change my ADSL username. Well, I've been trying to connect with it for the last six hours.
For the record, I connect via a patched Smoothwall box.
Understandably I was getting a bit annoyed, so I tried to get to the client panel on their website. My login does not work. Yes, I tried it repeatedly and no, Caps Lock was off.
Then I tried to check my password, thinking my notes were wrong. That's not working for me either.
WtF? Is it only me battling with this lot today? :|
