Hi guys just want to know who uses axxess as a service provider and if you do how do u rate or find them?

I've used Axxess prepaid for a year or so, along with Web Africa. Service is good; WA marginally better.

Axxess is fantastic, and its so easy to buy "airtime" (bandwidth) for prepaid accounts!

I use axxess and webafrica, basically the same experience from both, except WA allows you to change backbone.
Both have easy website control panels to upgrade/purchase new services.

I've used them for some time.

Only ever used prepaid, both vouchers and paying for it EFT, both Int. and Local only I've used from them.

Never had one problem. Have never had to contact them for anything at all.

I used them for a year with no problems, moved over to TI (not because of any fault of Axxess) and I ended up going back to them for their prepaid; decent ISP

webafrica is starting to give problems

At the end of the day it's down to customer service and pricing for me, as it's all the same SAIX or IS network.

They are pretty well established though, I don't think you can go wrong with them.

Could you possibly elaborate matrixweb? As with every provider, we all have our hiccups from time to time, but certainly nothing is changing going forward. In fact if anything we are continually improving service.
