Backups over network

I currently use 'second copy' and sometimes 'free file sync' to run backups automatically from client systems to a NAS unit. Once a month i run full system images using 'snapshot'. I was just wondering what you all use for your daily backups of profiles such as documents, desktop and mail from client systems?

Any backup apps that you would recommend that just run automatically in the background and do the job well?

Use a distributed file system (DFS) to replicate data from PC's to server and from server to another server.
Can then backup that for offsite storage.
