Bad Coverage in Gallo Manor, Sandton.

Hi Everyone,

I am at my wit's end with Vodacom. Our Area that we have stayed in for just over 2 years has very bad Vodacom signal.
I have logged various calls with Vodacom but according to their coverage map, there are no issues whatsoever in the area.

I can't seem to get any further assistance than being told there is nothing they can do and that they are willing to offer a 5GB Goodwill Data Bundle - which I obviously can't use at home in the first place!

The poor signal quality is not load shedding dependent.

Am I looking at purchasing & installing a signal booster in my future?

I have also attached the Speed Test Results.

Good luck, I have complained on many occasions of the bad signal in my area and nothing has been done about it in 5 years.

Since it's been two years, you cannot use the "but I am in a contract" excuse to not switch. If you then say "but I renewed since then"... ja wel, why did you go do a damn fool thing like that?
