Maybe he just miscalculated the off ramp he needed to take? ;)

If you miscalculate your directions, you take the next offramp and come back. Problem is drivers think this type of driving is acceptable when it is absolutely not. Law was broken 3 times, crossed a solid white line into my lane, crossed a solid white line into right hand lane & then crossed the yellow lines. What you cant see properly from the Vid is that this takes place so fast. And that was not a little change in direction, the offramp I'm heading on has two lanes, one for N2 North and one for N2 South. So the driver has now gone from the North Bound Lane back all the way back to the Durban Bound N3. Every Durbanite knows this interchange....

Completely agree, esp since the next offramp is only 2 kms away North or South (give or take)

Interesting, I tweeted the vid link to @PigSpotterKZN, who RT'd it to @AlertZaAfrica who in-turn passed it on to RTI... Can they use Dashcam footage as evidence to prosecute?

They must. Didn't they hound that guy who passed on a video of the KZN premier speeding to newspapers trying to prosecute him to speeding (behind the premier's blue lights)?

New one today

Video of some twat!

Ugh, this happens more often than not, even up in GP. People seem unable to read signs or plan their routes properly! Even if you are from out-of-town, check your map/GPS, and find an alternative... but the general "I don't give a fsck" attitude of most SA drivers, will mean rather cutting across lanes and painted islands, and possibly causing an accident, than the inconvenience of re-routing.

Yesterday afternoon just before Tygervalley. Not sure what happened, but when a crane is coming towards you, I'd stay out of the way.

This:

A women with a toddler standing on the front seat, on the N2.

A guy on Old Oak Drive, blatantly on his cellphone, looking for a number. So he put his hazards on, whilst driving, to indicate that other drivers should pass. Once he got the number, he got on the call and put off his hazards. All this in peak hour morning traffic.

In my suburb there is a two-way stop street which a LOT of drivers skip. A couple of accidents already happened due to ijits not stopping as required.

A couple of weeks ago I had a near-miss with some ijit not stopping as he should have.

This morning, had I been earlier by two seconds, I would've collided with yet another ijit driving over the stop street. Fukkengret nearschittenselfsen. But I'm glad he went over before me... it was a near miss. I hope he dirtied his pants. I saw him getting a groot skrik :D :D

I have a similar thing with a 4 way stop by may house... Guys just drive through without even slowing down, even though the one side of the 4 way stop is obscured.

Yip, same with the 4 way stop at our local spar... maybe 1 in 10 drivers actually stop. Its amazing to watch...
