Bad Driving thread

I have noticed that rich people have this kind of mindset... they think nothing of hitting a cyclist..

You have? Know a lot of rich people that hit cyclists? This has nothing to do with money. It's common ****ing human decency to at least check if the person is ok, no matter where the fault lies. She is a coward and a spineless person. If I had to hit a person, even if they were in the wrong, I would be mortified, and blame myself anyway.

I know such a person, she is worth 21 bar... she feels f0kkol for anyone, if she could she'd drive over cyclists.

It would technically be a hit and run, she left the scene of the accident by going into the complex...

This....

She moved the position of her car. So if any measurements wanted to be done can't be done now.

Yeah. You're both right. TBH, I hadn't considered that. I was just so shocked at her basic lack of human being-ness.

I hate when cars do that, especially when they fail to indicate they are about to turn.

You're on a bicycle, we don't care.... you must get out of our way.
So which one is it?

Friday afternoon in Fourways.
Woman turning left into complex turned in front of a cyclist who was cycling in the correct postion and wasn't speeding.
The cyclist flew over the car, hitting the bonnet and his bicycle smacked the car's left front wheel.

Sorry just on this, what be the rules? If I'm turning left into my place, I'm ahead of the cyclist, or runner or whatever that's on the pavement, assuming I've been indicating.

I usually just let them pass or if I'm far enough ahead make the turn.

The rules are you can only turn when it is safe to do so pretty much... regardless of you having right of way or anything of the sort.

If the pedestrian or cyclist will be where you want to turn, by the time you turn, you have to wait, and if one is unable to determine that one waits for them to pass.

Hmm, just seems a bit odd. I can understand if the person is coming towards me. But if I'm turning right say across an intersection, a car isn't allowed to overtake me on the right. I'd have expected the same to apply when I'm turning left, unless there's a pedestrian crossing or somesorts.

I asume both were traveling at same direction
Car passed cyclists on right hand side and turned left into complex cutting of the cyclists
