Bad Driving thread

Just a question, I don't have an issue with lane splitting when done safely.
Today I saw a few motorcycles using the emergency lane on a freeway.
Do you guys mind it? It doesn't bother me too much but my car could fit the too, so there's nothing that makes it ok for a bike, guess they could clear it quicker.
It would irritate me if those were cars passing me this morning.

What is the general feeling around this?

It is stupid to ride in the emergency lane. Way too much debri gets pushed into that part of the road

This happened right next to me Last Friday Traffic heavy as usual, Biker was going down the emergency lane, just as he was passing my car another Biker came from the right lane to get into the Emergency lane - he did not see the other Biker (view obstructed by the cars in the left lane) he went straight into the other biker. Both , Flipped bikes totaled, missed my car but went straight into the dude in front of me, the first Biker was hit bad paramedics said he cracked a few ribs (hope he i sok). other guy was Ok couple of scratches.
So yes they go through faster and clearly not safely and it's meant for emergencies.

One of the things I plan to do one day when I retire is to get a really battered old bakkie, reinforce it, get a webcam and then go about driving strictly according to the rules of the road. When the lights turn green, I go. Hopefully I'll take out a few chancres and provide the footage to their insurance.

Looks like Ruimte Road driving towards Mnandi towards Diepsloot .

That's normal driving though ( meaning we used to that kind of shyte) ...

Yep.

You seen the abomination they've made of the crossing on Ruimte and Voortrekker? :D I'm waiting for a seri-ass traffic accident/incident to happen there.
