Bad Driving thread

Old grey Opel Corsa and white NP200 decided together (making two lanes out of one) to turn long after the arrow turned red and when my robot was already green.

I was already half way through the intersection when they engaged and both almost crashed into another car to avoid me.

I have the feeling that I’ll be taken out by one of these guys one day.

Geniuses...

Gigantic prick of the day DT47ZMGP

Cuts the way to change lane in slow traffic 4 times without indicator.

Then proceeds to drive in the opposite lane to join the turn right only lane, obviously to go straight.

Two of the biggest types of arses on the road, scooter drivers and taxis. Don't know who is worse.

Hahaha he didn't win much there.

There was obviously some prior incident which one assumes was recorded but appears to have been left out for some reason?

Going up Ysterhout in Randburg this morning, a JMPD car with his sirens on was trying to navigate through traffic, I stop just short of the car next to me to give the cop some room to get passed me and the other car. Would the person behind me not stop hooting, it's not like we could go anywhere anyway as the traffic light was red.

Forgive me if I feature here or have been featured before. I overtake from the left because there are people who feel entitled to be on the fast lane even though they are driving at no more than 100 KM/h on the highway. Some people will move out of the fast lane because there's a faster car coming from behind but immediately go back to the fast lane after that even though the middle lane is perfectly fine for the speed they are driving.

Overtaking on the left is not bad driving, or else it would be illegal.

Not illegal - and unfortunately many of have to do it due to the those that believe it is their duty to keep other people in the right lane from going faster then them.

To the bald tattoed musclebound guy in the white Range Rover who stopped and gave me a 6 pack of Heineken and helped me kickstart and get going when I broke down at the Spaghetti Junction - kudos to you man. I never got your name or number but I owe you boet.

I hate f***ers on scooters that split lanes and decide to take the space in front of you when you stop at a traffic light, when the light changes only to travel at 20kmph in a 80 zone. Also those food delivery guys on the bikes are worse than BMW drivers.

Delivery guys were even a biker's worst nightmare back in the '70s and '80s.
Streets of downtown Pretoria were a no-go zone of shoe-dragging, clutch-popping little B120s, I tell you.;)

Saw a Dischem one the other day that went through an entire crossing at a red light with traffic oncoming and should pray every single day for still being alive.

Eish- since Uber Eats launched, I've noticed these okes more and more.

Seen some wipeouts (had to help the one guy get all his **** back together for one...) but am amazed I haven't seen more.

I'm sure I will, in time. Or perhaps the muppets will get weeded out, leaving the competent riders behind? One can hope! ;)

Just as a matter of interest, at the top of the display between the speedometer and tachometer, is that your remaining fuel reading, but in minutes instead of km's? If so, can you choose which unit to use?
