Spoiler: This is me
Wrong thread, should be in bad parking.

The douche bag in the silver BMW 3 Series decides he can't wait for the queue turning right so he drove up the straight/left only lane and then took the narrowest of gaps to turn right...

Had to take evasive action this morning when a truck going less than 40 pulled in front of me whilst I was going 140 ish with very damn little room to brake and nowhere to go, my brake balance definitely needs a check (too much biased to the rear causing the car to move about wildly), had there been any in the tank, a lot of poo would have shot out at that moment

And this is why driving at 309 is a problem! You can be the perfect driver, with the perfect car, the truck going 40 doesn't care about that.

Truck was like "giving no ****s". I hate such drivers, they don't realize the consequences of their actions can land them up in jail.

That's true

However in this instance he was changing to the right lane of a 2 lane curved road that merges a km or two ahead, me and the polo driver behind me were speeding up so as to not be stuck behind him and we had done so sufficiently early, the driver just decided to change early for some reason.

To cut you off mostly....

And you blame the truck while doing 140 ish. o_O:(
What is the speed limit on that stretch?

Yes, he saw what they were doing and estimated that they would not get past before the merge so he resolved the issue for them. Good for him!

Driving defensively you can usually foresee such scenario's. Speeding up is usually the opposite of what a sensible person would do.
