as i have always maintained, cape town has the worst drivers in the country - best of breed are roaming wild on the atlantic seaboard.

this cracker also thought the disabled bay was reserved for his personal use, in snatching it from any disabled driver, he parked in the bay facing oncoming traffic.
then he left - also doing a u-turn into the traffic, (following the good previous example) at a really busy intersection.

It is not just Cape Town folks, even my dad who has been driving since 1972 was shocked when I told him the difference between mini circles and roundabouts (traffic circles), he has lived in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg and Ballito.
 
To the nice lady in the Porsche Boxster at the T-junction near Douglasdale: when you've just ignored a stop sign and then stopped halfway across the lane, blocking cars who are turning and who had the right-of-way - do you have to then throw a zap-sign at the other drivers, as a wonderful example of good driving to your young passenger?
