Bad experience with AXXESS

Dload speeds are ok, not getting disconnected anymore either.

Torrent speeds are horrific though.

i was asking more about the op.

that being said, when you say speeds are ok, what range are you talking? when you run a prepaid does it run faster?
 
My Afrihost account is definitely faster. That said today is the 12'th an I'm already on over a 100GB's worth of downloads. That would cost me R1k at afrihost, and I have 19 days left on axxess.

I've been using their 626 accounts for a while and I've had very few problems, and when I did have a problem I phoned (Technical is available 24/7) they were quick to answer my call and sort my problem out. I'm very impressed with them, and if I had the bucks for their R899 uncapped option I'd go for it in the blink of an eye. :love:
 
I just got screwed over by Axxess. They changed the terms and conditions without my notice, and I got screwed over with my cancellation of my account. Useless! They couldn't credit my account because they said they cant do that, its just all round useless! I am very pissed off with them. Now Im stuck with 2 accounts and paid for both for one month, what a waste of money! FFS!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Usually the T&C's state that they can change without notice.
