I am looking for a list of known porn, spyware and malware sites to block them from being accessed from my network.

Squid+Dansguardian is what you are looking for if you want the job done properly, it even filters google search results.

You could try Censornet for a prebuilt ready to use system.

At my work I'm using SmoothWall and Dansguardian to block smutty sites. Works quite well, no need for me to rush off blocking offensive sites.

I make use of Squid with Squid Gaurd to filter websites (Porn, warez, etc) the list of sites is updates via a script.

Take a look at www.squid-cache.org and www.squidguard.org
