Bad start MWEB

Rather cancel the mweb account and go with a different ISP
I canceled my mweb account yesterday and believe it or not , the lady in the account department congratulated me for changing to a different ISP.
To explain why i left:
1) lack of service ....
2) poor latency (2000ms ) playing wow, where as the other ISP were at 800ms

I like how Mweb just wave goodbye to there customers and not helping with the problem we all get.
