The IEC website is so badly designed it is embarrassing! 
To make things worse the developers for the website had a budget of about R3m and the site is fixes at 800x600, when the minimum standard is 1024x1280. It looks like it was done, by person that just started learning asp and html.
When the website was first launched it was incompatible with all non-Microsoft web browsers.The IEC was definitely got ripped of!
