Hi guys I ordered shein 5 December and payed taxes for baffalo on 16 December there is no tracking information on shein app since then it is stuck in transit with no reason it is my third time ordering from shein and I never experienced this because they were using Aramex for the delivery baffalo has a bad costomer service I can't reach to them even their landline is not working they are not answering what I'm asking on email so guys I lost hope now I don't know what to do.
