Baffalo order delay for weeks

Hi guys I ordered shein 5 December and payed taxes for baffalo on 16 December there is no tracking information on shein app since then it is stuck in transit with no reason it is my third time ordering from shein and I never experienced this because they were using Aramex for the delivery baffalo has a bad costomer service I can't reach to them even their landline is not working they are not answering what I'm asking on email so guys I lost hope now I don't know what to do.

What is this Shein craze???

I saw pictures of Buffalo warehouse and they are overwhelmed with parcels. Bag and bags of parcels stacked up to the roof. No wonder it now takes 2 months of an order from Buffalo to get delivered.
 
Yooh I am regreting I don't know why shein chose baffalo
 
I've been using shein since and shein is not the problem problem is with baffalo they are the one holding my parcel now.

Im saying all your cheap chinese goods are available from your local china mall - no delivery needed....

Additionally, if you haven't noticed as of yet, china is fked at the moment right now with, covid, riots and what not else. Blame buffalo all you want, but with the current shyte storm and worse of all ordering in December, practically the worse time of the year to be ordering anything internationally from china. There is limited flights out of china, due to lockdowns, from the country and out of the country.

I need a new phone, due to dropping my phone and cracking the screen, happy to wait till late feb, march before ordering.

Cheap chinese junk clothes made by infants. Just like wish.com
 
If you haven't received the sms to say that the parcel is at customs then it is probably stuck in China still. Try contacting Shein because Buffalo will not help you apart from giving you a generic 'your parcel has been delayed' response

Can anyone help me , I ordered clothes from shein on August around 7 I paid my custom fee on the 9th since then I’ve been waiting for my parcel got messages that said I didn’t pay my custom fee , I called many times I was told to send the proof of payment but after sending it I didn’t get any reply every time I called they ask me to send the proof of payment and still ignore me , I panicked coz I keep getting the messages telling me I should pay custom fee but I did pay for it and now they tell me my parcel is destroyed because I didn’t pay tax and I should apply for custom fee refund and loose my parcel , can anyone help me
