Baldur's Gate 3

Ah yea, I have that issue too. I just stop playing then, but it sucks.
Yeah it does, that's why I've been trying to get it working on the Ally, which I've now sort of gotten right but it's 45 to 60fps at 720p on my pc it's over 144 1440p

Maybe you can answer, but with everyone in the party do you get everyone's input on a conversation at one go or is it only like the first 3 you added to your party? Or only those in the conversation?

So far I couldn't really say, but it seems that if the relevant character is close they will join in on the conversation. Not everyone will always have something to say though. Just make sure, where possible, that everyone is close to the character that starts the conversation.

Yeah I've increased party size for my second play through and there was only one place so far where I had to dismiss the extra party members otherwise it bugs out.

It does make it a bit too easy though, with 4 characters it's a challenge on some fights, with six it's a walk in the park on medium, will definitely try it on Tactician with 6 companions, it should even it out a bit.
From what I have read there are 2 areas where you need to insure you only have 4 party members. Both spots have to do with boat rides.

It does, but it chewing oodles of power during LS is a pain
I'm currently building a loadshedding pc. Could in theory just set the FPS limit to 60fps or whatever and change the the GPU max power limit to like 50%
Sacrifice performance for less power usage.
I'm thinking of using something like parsec then to stream from pc to something like my Quest (or non fancy laptop).
Streaming to a handheld device also an interesting thought.

I kinda wish the game was Xbox Series S already though. That console is great for power stations.

Controller controls are weird
They work pretty damn well for me. You run around with the analog stick, open radial wheel and select whatever. Move the camera with the other analogue.

WSAD controls basically.

True, but once you've played it on mouse and keyboard having to open radial wheels is weird

Busy with Act 2 and I've loved the Thorm 'children' parts. The dialogue is so well written and the characters so uniquely interesting that I didn't want to fight them, instead just talk.

Also, the
Githyanki hunters that come for you if you side with Voss are pretty tough. Luckily they caught up with me near a bridge and I could shove the leader off for like 24 damage.

Has anyone worked out how to get the game to not make your PC sound like some kind of jet engine? I even opened it up and to me it feels like the noise is coming from the CPU fan as opposed to the GPU fans. Lot of heat coming out as well. The game runs just about perfectly and i've locked it to 60fps, but my word, the noise and heat is crazy and somewhat offputting.

That's a PC problem, not a game one.

Noob move, never
Knock a boss off a cliff, always kill and loot them

Not noticed any more noise compared to any other games
