Bandwidth taken off ??

Craig.. I checked my bandwidth report after you mentioned this and mine seems to be OK. It only updates at the moment you reconnect your modem. From your post here it seems you've been turning your modem off when not in use which should in theory mean that your bandwidth report is more up to date than mine.

Let me know if they reply, if not, let me know all the same so that I can see if I can do something about the situation.

No BW emails and I have not even been able to get to the BW webpage for the past few days as it times out. :confused:

I'm using BWmeter which has been spot on and wanted to compare it to wbs webpage.

no bw reports and yeah i disconnect sometimes Kei but not all the time

Craig- I don't disconnect at all, I only reconnect when iBurst becomes **** as it so often does and reconnect helps.

Have you heard from WBS regarding this matter?

I have re sent the mail twice , still waiting , my god how can this company still be running ? The AA staff there (i say this because if they had any actual knowledge of computers or their own product) have no idea whats going on.

What a useless bunch of morons.

I know but sometimes it comes in handy!

2 Days ago my username was changed and now when I check my bandwidth, and they reset my cap!!! :D :eek: :D

So there is sometimes a bright side to having idiots running the show.

consumption details

Despite requesting and activating the facility I too am not getting the daily consumption readings emailed to me. Did initially but now nothing...

Just another example of WBS and Iburst inability to offer any thing vaguely resembling customer service. Shaun Green is the only thing standing between Iburst and insolvency. He is the only employee of this company able to offer any semblance of efficiency and I applaud him, as for the rest, WAKE UP!!!
