Can anybody tell me when, if ever, the bandwidth indicator on the dashboard will funtion again? Logging onto Iburst website to get my daily bandwidth usage, is a nightmare and is frustrating because sometimes it takes ages to load. My request to receive a daily report has been ignored, as well as all my complaints lodged for the last 2 months.
The extra 1G data I receive per month as I originally signed up for the Giga
(1G data), is just a pacifier, as my bandwidth disappears overnight. If they haven't given me that extra 1G, I would not be able to get half way through a month. Even when I submitted a daily reading report, with a breakdown of the e-mails I received, sent, attachments opened, internet browsing, downloads, etc., they did not see a problem with up to 300MB disappearing when my PC is switched off during the night. I don't even have automatic software updates activated. At one stage I was wondering whether someone else could log on to my account and utilise my bandwidth when I am nog logged in.
