Battered Hilt is not worth the current AH price.
I've already got a new sword with better stats and I got mine for 60 DKP
there are people playing that do not raid.

Aye, Bryntroll is BiS for me besides Shadowmourne, and pretty easy to get dropping off 25man Marrowgar. I'm fortunate enough to be the only regularly raiding dps/tank DK in my guild, so all I have to do is fight off the legions of ret pallehs that'll be gunning for this.

I tend to agree I have also done close to 30 runs on all my toons combined. If I hadnt seen it on my bros toon I would also think its a myth
Hopefully our guild will start on ICC soon so I can get an upgrade

Has your guild dedicated all the Saronite that drops to one person for Shadow's Edge like mine has? I'm happy cause our first person got it last night and then I'm third on that list. Nice to be in a guild that actively supports it's members
I got it yesterday. Finished the quest chain and now have the SP mace for my resto shammy.

I also got the SP Shield for my shammy in the TOC run. My shammy just got to eighty, but already has a complete T9 set, hehe. Cant wait to see ya logged in again

The last time I was a front-runner in a raid was when we were pioneering Naxx. T7 emblems were hard to come by. I kinda stopped in July and only started again now. I was so proud of my full 213 gearset, which is childsplay compared to what everyone else has now. :/
I'm only doing random heroics now, my guild only starts raiding at 10 or 11pm which is too late for me. RMWP seems to be going on nicely, I'd be keen to help out if you're 1 short at some stage.
I haven't been to a single ToC or ICC raid yet.
EDIT: Awesome to hear you're on your 2nd lvl 80 already. In all my time of playing I've never bothered leveling an alt past lvl 20.

Saw it drop for the first time ever yesterday. Some mage won it, though..

OFF TOPIC: But how's this for luck...
We were doing VoA 25 last week and on 2 of the bosses during the same run the "Reins of the Grand Black War Mammoth" dropped. What are the odds of that? Only once before that have I ever seen it drop off Archie back before any other bosses were there.

I have seen the price of it go from 24k (with 4-8 on at a time) to 10k (only 2-3). I hope you make your money back!
I dont hink it will be long before they are arround 4k, still I recon I would try seel it on the AH if I manageed to actually get one.
What about the AH cut? If you take that off you're only going to make about 350g profit.
