Aha! An easier route around, could you guys also give me the Serial number of the notebook, I believe we can track the serial number of the Battery via this as well.

Here we go.. mine is not part of it

The affected batteries have model number A1175 and a 12-digit serial number that ends with U7SA, U7SB or U7SC. To view the model and serial numbers located on the bottom of the battery, you must remove the battery from the computer. The battery serial number is located above the barcode. See photos below. Only batteries within the noted serial number ranges need to be exchanged.

No other MacBook Pro or MacBook batteries are part of this program.

Got my Mac in Sept last year and I've gone thru 150 power cycles and the health of the bat is now 90%.

Also remember to swing the rubber chicken and do chants when charging and discharging your battery.

I normally let it discharge completely before I connect it to power again.
