I always reload my system fresh when i upgrade but in general that is only when i change the mobo, changing the cpu and gpu should not require a reload but it couldn't hurt, i know nvidia is struggling with lock ups so make sure you got the latest drivers.

GDI why on earth are you playing team death match :eek:. There is conquest and rush :D.

GDI another thing i was wondering, people say others have no social life but what do you think you do when jam bf? You are socializing :D.

I am going to some party and then gonna get drunk and watch the lions crush the sharks but i would rather be playing bf 3 :D.

I already flippen hate origin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the game this morning and I am having major issues. The game installs from the first disk about 5ish gigs, and then it insists on downloading the rest of the game, and doesn't even ask for disk 2. If I bought disk 2 in it just asks me to reinsert disk 1 :(

At the download speeds I am getting, it says it will take 360 hours to complete, lol.

I don't know what to do, please help me....

Maybe start from scratch.
 
My games keeps freezing with every map rotation.
I have to use windows task manager everytime.

Hope they fix this glitch quickly.
 
Run it without the interwebs running.

Wish I could get mine to run....

Downloaded the 472 MB's to finish the installation. Then when I try and run the game it says: "Problem with your installation, please re-install" No fk'ng way I'm downloading the 472 MB's again. And there is no repair option to repair the installation. I'll try via Windows application manager.

I am using 11.9 and it's working 100%, hit and miss though.
 
Updating Origin.

Hoping this will fix my "Setup" Problem...

I'm getting so annoyed now. seconds away from chucking this BF3 discs against the wall and see them fly into 1000 pieces.
 
I just rage quit a 64 player server due to the extreme lag.
Running 10mb line, with 4mb uncapped shaped mweb account.

I know there are teething problems, but it really does have the potential to be an amazing game, hope the servers sort themselves out!

I'm currently terrible at the game, die every 3 seconds but enjoying it a lot.

To anyone out there getting the engame crashing at the TEAM WON or TEAM LOST in Battlefield 3 or perhaps this may even fix crashing at other points. I seem to have fixed my issue.

1. Removed and re-detected/installed the Display Adapter in device manager. (I could not update gfx drivers as I already have the latest)
2. For Radeon card I changed the setting "tesselation" to application managed (not sure if this made difference either but not touching it now :D).
 
The reason I hate places like Steam/Origin...

I had to re-install since the "setup" was buggers for some reason.

Guess what, the download I did which indicated 472 MB's needs to happen again, so the Update folders I saved is of 0 use. I need to download 472MB's once again. Great, there goes my online play till Tuesday...

I'll see you guys online "IF" I get the stupid install to work on the 1st then.

Game crashed 3 times last night :( . Get a white screen and nothing else, and freezes. Nvidia 460GTX card with latest drivers. I hope the problems get sorted out. Sometimes I think it's the number of times I die that's causing it ;)
