On a related note: what is the best second weapon for a recon to use? The sniping gun is not so nice in close quarters.

I use the Glock 17C standard with laser pointer. It has a nice ammo count, you just need to aim for the head, and don't try to go head-on.

How many servers these days have dedicated admins ?
That and a lot of server lag is a result of internationals playing on local servers. Both problems solved by admins.

My server (Rebels from Hell) has an admin on all the time. We have a country kicker set to only allow SA and Namibian players to reduce lag. We also try keep the server running as smooth as possible and lately any more than 48 players brings lag, so we set it at 48, 44, or 40. I'll be turning it up to 64 this evening to test it out and see if the lag problem has gone. We also try keep the server as balanced as possible (no stacking) so the games get pretty close, and people seem to like the 1 round per map rotation we have going.

The G36 is on par with the SCAR-H for me. Seems to give ever so slightly less damage but is slightly more easier to control, holds more rounds and I think shoots slightly faster with all 3 modes of fire.

There seems to be a rash of MW3 movies coming out lately - have you guys been watching them?
I have and none of it grabs me... not like BF3's movies did.

I see that where BF3 guys are going to get charged for DLC; COD guys are going to get charged for ELITE and DLC's etc.
