I like the scar but the small mag is a liability, especially in maps with more close quarters action, have been using the g36 with grip, irnv and taclight and its beast, i carry rockets with expl perk, lets me carry 10 of em i think, love spamming rpg's on metro :p
 
I bought BF3 on monday and I have to say that Im a bit dissapointed with the XBox version of BF3.
Looking to get to get my FPS console fix with MW3 rather.

Not a good port at all.
Graphics dissapoints greatly when compared to MW2.

huh?

Are you sure you got BF3 and not BF2? Or even BFBC2?
BF3 has some of the most advanced GFX I have seen to date. But that being said, why do people playing on Consoles always complain about GFX? You're playing on a console ffs :p.

I did see some very good gfx on Skyrim for Xbox and Windows. Pc just always wins :p

The Xbox version of BF3 has a high res texture pack that you need to download, otherwise the game kind of looks like the original Half Life in terms of graphics :p

still looks better than COD, mw3 for example looks like garbage on xbox compared to console bf3.
 
I did download the "High definition graphics pack"
Still graphics wise worse off than MW2 on the xbox.
No doubt it looks better on a (monster) PC , im just giving my opinion based on my experience relating to graphics on Xbox.
Up close, no problems the graphics are quite good but actually visually spotting a sniper halfway accross the map sitting in a bush is close to impossible on BF3 where with MW2 i found it quite easy.

I realise that the PC version obiviously looks better.
I was merely stating that comparing XBOX MW2 vs XBOX BF3 , MW2 comes out tops by quite a margin and that was just dissapointing as im a huge fan of the BF series.

Poor port in my opinion.

Don't worry, it's difficult spotting those bastards on the PC too. :p
Xbox is becoming a bit aged now.

Oh, Monster PC? bwhahah
I'm running a Q6600(2.4gh), 4gb ram, GTX550Ti system, and it works like a charm :D

Yea sorry I understood.

I just found it odd and my comment wasn't really directed at you but in general. Console is just that, console. I have had many people complain abou GFX for games on console and since I play on a PC I can never understand why they complain so much. But it obviously looks better on a PC. :o

Sitting with an Core-i7 lappie but the nvidia GT540m is reported not to run the game very good , hence the choice to go for the XBox BF3

WHAT?!?!?!?!

I run it on a Dual core 1.8 and a 9600GT (512):p

And given it's not set to extreme it does run the game pretty and very smoothly.

I have played all the cod games since cod4 primarily on xbox, i have bf3 on both pc and xbox since most of my mates who i like to squad up with are on xbox and in my opinion you need to get your eyes checked, besides the exclusives bf3 is probably the best graphics you are gonna get on console.
