Yea i have the g15 i think. There is a switch on mine that has a monitor on it and a joystick i think. If is goes the wrong way i get that issue. I will inspect it further when i get home :D. The g11 is basically the g15 without the lcd right? sorry got no google at work.

I could be mistaken but i am sure if i move it to the joystick side things go a bit wonky or the monitor side, hmmm i will let you know later :p

Doh! Looks like it was my xbox controller. Weird as it was just sitting on top of my desk. Unplugged it and now all is fine. Microsft... bllody agents :p Thanks for the tip.

Yip know what you're talking about. That disables the windows button. Set it to the joystick and your windows button won't work, so you don't accidently minimize to desktop in game :P
 
In BF2 and BFBC2 it was impossible to fly with a mouse.

Flying choppers in BF2/BC2/BF3, easy with a mouse. Flying the jets is possible with the mouse in BF3, but you can only pull of some tricks if you have a joystick or gamepad.
 
Is it just me or has the use of mortars suddenly become extremely popular?

@killa yeah I got a "Disconnected from EA Online" but noticed it my Mweb.
 
How are some of the guys so good with Jets?!?

I got owned 0Kill 12Deaths all purely trying to go against a dude in a jet :eek: And I use Joystick and fly like a freakin maniac and they still hit me almost immediately with deadly accuracy when I can hardly aim at a still object on the ground :/ needless to say I did not see him once in the air either.

And is there an auto aim or something because I notice their bullets straying left and right of the front of the jet on the kill cam. I need more practice :o
 
I managed to stay in the air for the first time without crashing :)

Until I got shot down.

I don't use a joystick and I'm likely the person shooting you down :P Read one or two guides on the net for flying jets, you will learn a few neat tricks.
