Battlefield 4 servers

Hi,

I searched and strangely couldn't find a "battlefield 4" thread..

Anyways, quick question:

I recently downloaded BF4 but my ping to all local servers are 345ms, I logged into BFV and my ping is like 40ms to all local servers...any idea what thats about? (I didnt join any coz I was on my way out) I am using CellC LTE and get about 10 - 15mbps down and about 5 up.

Does anyone else experience anything similar?
 
There are no local BF4 servers, you're connecting to Europe or Asia most likely.
 
Since the game became ancient and not many people play it frequently.
 
I recently joined one of those servers, and ingame my latency was sub 10ms. Not sure why it shows so high.

Just checked battlelog.

Still plenty of local servers.
Just after 5 and one is already full

Check your filter settings.
Make sure region is set to Africa.
 
Aha! Well I’m glad to be wrong about that
 
It has 10 times more players that Battlefield 1. But then, it's not hard to have more than 5 players.
Battlefield 1 is officially dead.

Don't know if I should laugh or cry.
 
Yes, it is set to Africa..theres some old favorites like Earlybirds
