Its depends under which crtiteria they are "using" you. Are they claiming non-white representation as part of the normal workforce, as part of management or part of ownership(if as you claim you are a member of a trust in the company).
It is only under ownership that you can expect additional benefit eg. profit sharing or dividends received. Under the other 2 categories you are just an employee of the company and cant expect any additional benefit because you are assisting the company with their BBBEE status.
