bbm on cell c

I have two prepaid sim cards, one mtn and one cell c, bbm doesnt work with my cell c card although everything else does... whatsapp, browsing, downloading, fb, fb messenger... why does bbm work on mtn but not cell c?

Did you enable BB service on Cell C? It might also have to update your phone number on BB server.
