If you have a power station, you still don't have reliable power to the house or factory.

That requires a well maintained network of sufficient capacity.

We will get new power stations, and no means to get it to the user.

The new power plants will help to a degree - some of the outages, like the ones the western cape suffer, are due to insufficient capacity.

"Well maintained distribution network" - now that is a real challenge - how can we accomplish this without the skills.
