Sorry but I am not that schooled in the general laws. Maybe phone beelds offices?

I doubt if you will sign over the photo in totallity, IMO it is just to make sure you do not use it to enter into another comp

It seems that you will be losing ownership of your photo and will therefore have no copyright.

I do however think they will give you acknowledgment and will state you took the photo, but that is how far it will probably go. They will probably also have the right to use this photo in any marketing material without your consent or approval.

I am Afrikaans speaking and that is how I interpret what they said.
