Toyota service? Run your engine for ten minutes to warm up the oil. Switch off, get under the hood and loosen the sump plug and let the oil drain out (usually 10-15 mins).
During that time, locate the oil filter (looks like a fat zumasepoes stumpy dildo).
Put back the sump plug.
Dump in new oil. I use 10W40 and have a preference for Magnatec because of hot local conditions and the fact that my ride is over 100 000km.
Oil change usually takes most of a 5L bottle. Next thing is inspect the air filter and cartridge filter if the ride has one. I replace those every other service. Check the inline or removable fuel filter (it looks like a fat plastic stump). If it looks a bit naar, take that out as well and chuck in a new one. Entire operation should take you less than 4 hours from start to finish.
