Exactly what I am saying! I was really astonished at some of the comments on this thread, never knew that MWEB had such a strong following here...

Must be because they are one of the few who have an actual presence (MWEB Guy) who responds and at least tries to solve problems and provide feedback (albeit not always to everyone's satisfaction) to people on the forum. It's amazing how much goodwill sincere interaction with your customers will buy you.
