Can anyone offer any suggestion which is ISP's ADSL option would be most suitable for VOIP?

We have a dedicated 10mb ADSL line in our office for our VOIP server. However, we have not yet chosen an ADSL package for it.

Can anyone suggest which ISP, and package would be most suitable? Obviously looking for low latency, high reliability, etc. Cost is no object.

I have tried mweb and afrihost accounts and wasnt impress, I am quite happy with my openweb connection and hardly have any issues.

Which Openweb package in particular? Do you use for VOIP?

Our VOIP provider is hosted with Hetzner. We are based in Cape Town. Any suggestions based on that?

If this helps:

I don't know who you are using for Voip, but many voip providers have there own IPC, meaning that they will provide you with PPPoE usernames and passwords to connect straight into their network...this is by far the best option on ADSL. These accounts are only for VoIP with no internet access on them but because you have a dedicated ADSL line for Voip this would be the ideal solution for you.

Interesting @eddief1 , I didn't know that. We use didlogic.com. Their South Africa node address is: cpt01.media.za.didlogic.net

Unfortunately DIDLogic don't provide PPPoE services, so that won't be an option.

Pitty because it really does make a difference, the only traffic on their IPC is voice, so you not contending with internet users. Also look into Vibe technology, but your provider has to support it on their side.

But if you want to guarantee that the system is going to work 99% of the time, ADSL is the wrong medium.
