Best cheapest iPhone?

I can open PDFs and voice notes. Is the problem perhaps between the screen and couch? ;)
Yes, everyone [with an iPhone] can send voice notes and open PDF. Let's try not to divert from the OP.

Why do you want an iPhone anyway
Because the ecosystem works, its polished and seamless. I‘m still on Windoze computers and the Apple image and file cloud sync to my pc right out the box was better than Android. Other than that there’s not much between the hardware on flagship iPhone and Android, both are epic.

Can be more convenient in some cases. I kind of miss it. Having both would be ideal.

I wonder how many still have the [less secure] "Face ID with a mask" setting still enabled?

I don’t recall turning it off because it doubles very well as “Face ID with helmet” which is a nice bonus.

At the end of the day I’m not out and about much these days and in the unlikely event it’s stolen they can only get so far and I can lock it pretty quickly.

It’s really not that bad, it’s also a great size, it’s nice not having half a brick in the pocket.

I used to agree on the size but now I use my wife’s Mini on the odd occasion and it’s ridiculous and I’m average at best in hand size.

My iPhone 11 is the perfect size 99% of the time and the 1% is because I’m left-handed and there is no catering to that which makes one-handed use problematic at times.

But sure size is a preference and that I can deal with, my main gripe is how TouchID slows everything down and forces these “freeze” moments in your usage flow that don’t exist with FaceID.

If you want size the Mini exists. Nobody needs a Max that I can agree on.

This is why I still daily my iPhone X. Best size, IMO. Never feels awkward using with one hand, especially while driving. :X3:

What is it about the 11 that needs to be catered for lefties?

Nein, if you book the repair beforehand, they do it while you wait. Hand it in, go have a coffee and come back.
Depends on the branch you go to, others will courier it to one with a repair centre which will take up to to weeks.

But yeah, easier to just drive to one that does it in-store.

I just buy off Takealot and pay the Pakistani R200 to fit it. Not worth my time DIY. R700 total and guaranteed done while I shop.
