Best Internet data plan in SA?

Hi Guys

I'm planning to buy a lot data or rather a bigger bundles for my business needs. Been using Telkom mobile's 3Gig big data promo at R149. I buy two of these every month.

Now I want a bigger bundles, I was thinking the 60+60GB Telkom mobile at R1799. What are your thoughts? Is there anything better?

P.S I dont have a landline yet, so I cant go with ADSL, which normally works out cheaper.
 
Hi what about Telkom 10GB @ R199 per month?

Telkom data promo plans are the best yet only coverage in some areas might be a challenge. First check your coverage map for Telkom in the area you want to connect in for your business. Value for money and goes a long way.

Yeah, I also like the prepaid yearly bundles. Best value for money. You basically have two choices, TM's 60+60GB or Cell C's Giga packages (Giga 50+150, or Giga100).

Considerations:
Price - I had the Giga50+150 last year and went for TM60+60 this year (both R1800). I don't use the night data that much so the TM offering is better for me.
Coverage - Cell C has slightly better coverage, at least at my usual locations. Check for your self. Make sure you look at the correct network coverage (both rely on other networks for larger coverage, but the big data specials don't count).
Speed: Had similar HSPA speeds at home (PTA), with typical speedtest.net results ~5mbps on both TM and Cell C. Imported a TM compatible LTE dongle from eBay, now getting > 30mbps on good days. Not sure where Cell C stands with their LTE, but you needed a special 900MHz modem for >21mbps HSPA+.
