Hey guys

Firstly this is my first post here so I do apologize if im posting wrong.

Im looking for an uncapped ISP only account (data only) that can handle two broadband connections at the same time. We have two computers in the house but we cant put the details into the router as our business emails dont come through for some odd reason, so we make two separate connections on each pc, Im currently on capped but looking for uncapped.

By broadband connection I mean:
Control panel> network>Setup a new connection or network>next>Setup connection anyway>next>broadband connection.

We then put our capped account username and password in and it works. The ISP's that i have tried to contact regarding this all say their uncapped package doesn't allow it, So need your guys help if you know an ISP uncapped package that will.

Thanks
Cody

Hi there Cody,

We can unlock any of our accounts for multiple concurrent connections for you. We're available to talk via live chat with our agents if need be on our site at www.crystalweb.co.za

If you are using a single ADSL line, you should be able to dial up to that ISP account on multiple computers provided it is over the same DSL line... If that makes any sense?

Basically if there are two computers in a house and one ADSL line with one uncapped account.
You can have the uncapped account on both computers and connect to the ADSL account on both computers without any issues.

Since it is the same ADSL line it only counts as one "concurrent connection" despite the fact you may have dialed to it on two or more computers. :)

Plugg allows this.

Thanks for the reply. We have tried this and then one of the pc's cant connect and then the ISP provider tells us we not allowed to make multiple connections and only one may be used on one PC or router
