Best ISP on Lightstruck?

Anybody knows? I'm with their own ISP but they probably shapes VPN's since my speed doesn't go over 3mbps. Is Cybersmart any good (they do have a 900gig cap on their uncapped offerings lol) or will it be better to fork out more for Cool Ideas?
